An all ages Halloween Party and Dance will be held on October 27th at UUCNH from 6 to 10pm. Come dance to music from the last 60 years, enjoy snacks and drinks, and be in community. This event is being organized and sponsored by the UUCNH youth group. Participate in a costume contest: Kids (18 and under) - 7:00 - award for cutest, funniest, and scariest Adults (14 and over) - 9:00 - award for most UU and overall best costume Have fun getting your photos taken in our photo booth from 6:30-9:30. Support the UUCNH youth group with our 50/50 raffle. Drawing at 9:15 after the costume contest. Support local organizations through our donation bowls: •Ronald McDonald House •Hearth •Repurposed/Living in Liberty •Humane Animal Rescue Wildlife Center •Or bring food items for Thanksgiving on Every Table As this is a youth sponsored event we are asking that this be an alcohol free event. See you there!

Jesus Discussion Group Meeting wiill be on Sunday, May 20th at 12:00 - 1:15 pm in the Justice Room - Mark's gospel left the Jesus followers with a stark, almost desolate story of a social/religious movement looking for rescue to early intervention by the Deity. When it didn't happen, their earthy, emotional founder began to morph into the mysterious, uniquely God-touched man of Matthew and Luke and his followers began to establish a Kingdom of God on Earth.
UUCNH Work Party On June 2nd UUCNH will be having another one of its outstanding WORK PARTIES. Starting at 8:30 am and going to 3pm (lunch and child care included). There is lots to do and many hands help the work go faster and it is a lot more fun to share in the experience. So....mark your calendars for June 2nd., and bring your energy, elbow grease, buckets, gloves, and tools. You can come for the day or a just few hours. We welcome your fellowship and assistance to help us with the work, and to make our Spiritual home be the shining star of the North Hills. Sign up sheet is in friendship hall.
